Wodehouse Capital Advisors acted as sole financial advisor to Vistra Group (top three Trust and Corporate service providers globally) on its India entry strategy including acquisition of Ujwal Management Services (India’s leading onshore administration, accounting & compliance services provider).

  • Founded in 1995, Ujwal’s is amongst the largest specialized corporate service provider with over 100 employees and more than 90 multinational clients in Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
    Ujwal is the only large independent differentiated provider offering outsourced CFO and accounting, compliances and payroll services to large MNCs and Venture Capital & Fund Administration Accounting services to many onshore & offshore funds.
  • Wodehouse was mandated over 6 months ago to advice Vistra on its India entry strategy involving identification of suitable businesses and their acquisition.
  • With this acquisition, Vistra further strengthened its Indian foothold by adding corporate administration & advisory services to its portfolio of Indian onshore capabilities. Vistra completes its second transaction this year, earlier in April, Vistra had acquired IL&FS Trust Company Limited (India’s largest independent corporate trust services provider).
